The rooftop lounge offered fine views. The decor felt modern and artistic. My room included advanced technology operated by a control panel. It added convenience to my stay.
The tea and coffee maker in the room was dirty. I felt disappointed because I couldn't use it.

The shower gel. shampoo, and conditioner dispensers were empty. I told the staff to refill them. but they never did, so I couldn't use the bathtub. The water boiler was also dirty. It was really disappointing, given what I paid.

smelly watersulphurous odor
The water in the shower had a bad smell. It wasn't clean. i noticed a sulphurous odor coming from the bathtub and shower. Usually water doesn't smell like that. all the water in the bathroom smelled off putting. It's something i found quite disturbing.

The reception team was cute and helpful upon my arrival. They quickly addressed my needs. The hotel's location proved convenient. I found it was a short drive from many key attractions. The rooftop pool was a great spot. I also really appreciated the availability of on-site restaurants.
The hotel could use some minor cosmetic updates in certain areas.

The hotel is located conveniently, about a 15-minute drive from the airport, a significant benefit for travelers. Dubai Creek is only a short 5-7 minute drive away, and the excellent Dubai Frame is just about 10 minutes from the hotel.
